June 2026 Management Spotlight: Dan Ashton
Dan joined Golden just a few months ago as General Manager of Warehouse & Distribution and has already made a remarkable impact. Under his leadership, on-time shipping performance has improved significantly, with most products now shipping in 24-48 hours and some mobility products leaving the warehouse in less than 24 hours. At Golden, we recognize that speed and reliability matter. Delivering products quickly and on time is a top priority, and we are unwavering in our commitment to providing an exceptional shipping experience for our customers and partners.
Drawing on more than 20 years of manufacturing experience, Dan has worked closely with team members to optimize warehouse operations, improve workflows, and implement new
standard operating procedures. He encourages employees to share ideas and take initiative, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Dan credits the collaboration between departments and Golden’s strong team culture for these successes—and says they’re just getting started.
