Job Information:
Under the direction of the Facilities Manager, the Maintenance Utility Associate will perform general maintenance and repairs for assigned equipment and facilities including plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry, heating and cooling, and other building systems.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Performs general cleaning and janitorial duties in the common areas of the building including bathrooms, breakrooms, and offices.
- Breakrooms (tables, counter tops, microwaves, sweet & mop floor)
- Bathrooms (sinks, backsplashes, toilets, floors, check soap, toilet paper & paper towels at the start, middle and near the end of shift and replace if necessary)
- Performs minor repairs and maintenance such as replacing light fixtures or unclogging pipes
- Performs limited grounds maintenance such as mowing and trimming lawns and hedges and cleaning snow from sidewalks.
- Remove all the trash from the plant floor, offices, conference rooms, breakroom, bathrooms and smoking area and take it out to the dumpsters
- Remove the metal and take to the dumpsters
- Remove and break down all the cardboard and put it in the compactor outside
- Sweep the plant floor, blue tiled areas, hallways, stairways, foyer, reception area
- Mop, strip, wax, puff the tiled areas.
- Paint, fabricate equipment we need on the floor
- Build walls for offices, carpet offices, hang sheet rock
- Communicates orally and in writing to notify supervisor of conditions of building and equipment
- Uses forklift and electric pallet jack as needed.
- Performs other maintenance duties assigned.
- Trains new employees
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Must have valid driver’s license
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from co-workers, regulatory agencies or authorities or other supervisors, managers.
- Ability to establish priorities, work independently and proceed with regular objectives without supervision
- Ability to follow instructions from supervisors
- Ability to lift and carry 50lbs alone.
- Ability to use hand, power and specialty tools
- Employee must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands to operate various machines, and/or equipment; and reach with hands and arms. Employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Employee must be able to push and pull.
- Employee must be able to climb ladders, operate a forklift and electric pallet jack
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
- Able to read directions and communicate both verbally and in writing.
Normal Shift is Day shift, however, must be willing to work various hours, overtime, holidays, and weekends as required.

This position will prioritize open orders and pack and ship those orders via multiple shipping methods. They will accurately and efficiently fulfill customer orders by utilizing RF Scanners to manually pick parts from set locations.

Lifting, balancing hand carts and the ability to match numbers and letters is necessary. These positions are steady day shift, Mon – Fri 6 AM to 2:30 PM or 7 AM to 3:30 PM with ½ hour lunch. Under the direction of the Marketing Department, the Literature Assistant is responsible for tasks in the literature department as directed by the Literature Coordinator.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Packaging literature orders and prepare for shipment.
- Replenish packing supplies as needed (boxes, tubes, foam, labels, printer paper)
- Keep shelves clean and organized.
- Keep work area clean and organized. This includes but not limited to cleaning tables, sweeping floors, breaking down boxes.
- Ensure the pallet of packed boxes is placed in the appropriate place for UPS pickup daily.
- Process orders and packages as needed.
- Will adhere to the literature Fulfillment Handling Policy/Procedure.
- In the Literature Coordinator’s absence, performs those duties and responsibilities.
- Assist with photo shoots as needed. This includes but is not limited to preparing products to be photographed and assisting with lifting products on and of a backdrop.
- Trains new employees or temporary workers.
- Follows all Safety and Quality rules.

Job Information:
The Territory Manager works with the sales team to manage all functions for Golden to ensure that the account base continues to achieve consistent growth. This includes product presentations, product training, in-depth account specific financial analysis, assortment planning, territory projections, management of demo products and reporting.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Use strong presentation skills to grow both the Golden Technologies brand, as well as specific product strength.
- Develop and manage a plan to grow the existing account base while uncovering and developing new opportunities
- Develop strong trust relationships with key customer contacts.
- Travel within the territory – 50% travel is expected within the territory (seldom is weekend travel required) as necessary to achieve results consistent with territory goals
- Communicate professionally with both the outside customer base as well as the inside support team to manage daily needs/opportunities
- Have the ability to problem solve and find resolutions to any challenges that arise within the territory
Desired Qualifications
- Durable Medical Equipment industry experience is desired but not a required
