Just one month ago, I became a mom to my baby boy!
Like many new moms, my journey into motherhood didn’t go exactly as planned. My son was breech, and I delivered via C-section – a major abdominal surgery that requires a very different kind of recovery, patience, and support.
What I didn’t fully realize before experiencing it myself is just how much your comfort at home can impact your healing journey.
