The Semper Fi & America’s Fund, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, is one of America’s highest-rated charities, dedicated to providing urgently needed resources and support for combat wounded, critically ill, and catastrophically injured members of the U.S. Armed Forces and their families. The charity was created in 2003, by a group of dedicated military spouses at Camp Pendleton who began organizing ‘welcome home’ activities for the first wave of wounded Service members returning from Iraq. To date, they’ve assisted over 25,000 Service members and are one of only two veteran Nonprofits with an A+ rating from CharityWatch.
